PositiveGreat staff!
Quality care for a reasonable price. It is very well-kept despite its age. The staff are incredible with the people. The entire process was positive as they ensure all will be fine. From the marketer down to moving him in, everyone was so encouraging, friendly and just so loving. My friend adjusted in no-time and enjoys living at Haven. Memory Care is not an easy situation. This by far was the most interaction that I've seen my friends has done and they show me the same love.

Out of all the places I have been to, it wasn't the most appealing. However, the care provided is to brag about. The girls are so patient, loving, understanding and professional. They love on their residents as if it were their own parents. The food is average. Activities is as busy as the residents. I say that because it truly is like keeping a preschooler occupied. My mother loves it there, which makes me happy. Wonderful staff whom are very knowledgeable in memory care.

I needed to move my father from a non-secured ALF to a secured ALF due to the increase in my father's Dementia. Though this facility is not as close to my home as I would have liked, everyone there was very friendly and very helpful in assisting us with getting my father moved in quickly. His room is bigger than the previous facility he lived in. He does have behavior issues and they have been very good at keeping an eye on him and having him see the doctor that comes to the facility in order to monitor behavior ch…

My 94 year old father is so happy at Haven House. He's well taken care of, loves the activities and raves about the food. It's reasonably clean (I'm sure they keep it as best they can) and the staff is so nice. It's such a relief to know he's so well cared for. Thank you Haven House and it's hardworking crew.
