CriticalI have been in this place for 14 days..for a fracture Femur. Only seen one doctor one time who runs the show of everything here. Each department from Social coordinator to OT and PT to floor staff had no accountability of what one needs or a plan for rehabilitation as requested by myself. Food is not enough and some uneatable. Medication not given in time as prescribed by my surgeon. The state of AZ needs to investigate for improper care of elderly and rehab patience. Federal Medicare agency needs to check charges …
