My husband is currently at The Legacy Rehab & Care Center and will be discharged at the end of May. It's an older building. They're shortstaffed. When we call, it takes an hour or 30 minutes before they can respond. My husband does not like the food. He lost a lot of weight there. He keeps complaining about what he eats there. I also see the food is not good. Every time I go there, my husband is having his lunch or his breakfast. They have a lounge area, a therapy area, and an exercise area. They also…

My mother-in-law was kept in a diaper as her wheelchair would not fit through the door. Staff does not provide status updates such as changes in medications or room changes. When my mother-in-law was released, she was covered in sores, from head to toe which required heavy duty medication.
