I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I wouldn't put my dog in one of these places. They do not take care of the patients did you not have a clue on what they're doing they're very unclean unsanitary. They do not feed the patients well at all. They do not give them their medications like they're supposed to. They make people suffer I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Over the last few months of visiting my family member I have grown more disgusted with this facility. The food that is being served to the residents is barely edible. The staff is non existent. You can never find a CNA on the floor to save a residents life. My family member sat in their own facies for almost an hour. This seems to be a common occurrence. Call lights are on for 30+ minutes just waiting for a CNA to come find out what is needed. A couple of different times while I was at the vending machines I notice…

I am/was a resident of this facility

If you are planning on placing a loved one in this facility. SHAME ON YOU! This place is probably the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever seen. The kitchen staff brought me food I’m allergic to a incredible 13 times in the four weeks I’ve been here in spite of the allergen warnings printed on the ticket. If they can’t pay attention to that detail, you have to ask yourself who else and what else is being ignored or missed? The food here is worse than what you get in jail. If you want your loved one to feel like a…

The only reason this review is not a 1 star is that some of the staff at Hearthstone do really care, and do their best to take care of their patients. I'm a service connected disabled Veteran and was at this facility for over 3 weeks post reconstructive surgery. The food was poor. The building itself really needs to just be torn down. I had an ant infestation in my room, and sleep was very, very difficult to come by in a 2 person room. Again, some of the staff are there for the right reasons, others are there …

Nursed dropped a pill the other day and basically said oh well and never looked for it. One reason is because she gave …
