The staff at the Heathers Senior Homes of Ringwood were all very helpful. The only thing that stopped us from choosing them was the location of the room. We didn't feel it was conducive for what we were looking for. Everybody was in their room or something, so I didn't see people engaging in anything. I think they just had lunch, so they probably all went for their naps.

The tour I had at The Heathers Senior Homes of Ringwood was very informative. The staff was very kind and very personable. It was a very small place, and the rooms were very simple, basic rooms. There were only 4 residents at the time, but this place seemed warm and caring.

Our loved one lived at The Heathers in Ringwood for almost 10 months. It is very clean and feels cozy. The care partners were great. However, I feel there is not enough staff or nursing presence in Ringwood to support Memory Care, which is what we needed. There is a lack of activities in Ringwood and I feel this is critical for memory care. The dining options were not as originally presented. PositiveOur experience with Shepard premiere senior living was different than traditional nursing/assisted living homes. This place was super clean and home cooked meals were awesome. Shepard was more like real home life where they had a 1-5 ratio between nursing staff and residence when my dad moved in .
