My wife and I are residents of Hellenic Senior Living of New Albany. I would give them a 4 because they're a little slow on getting the maintenance, and they have a little trouble keeping employees. Nevertheless, they do things that they really don't have to do, and they do help you out if you need help getting anything. I've been living in Hellenic Senior Living. It was a new building when I moved in here. It's a beautiful building. It's a nice place to be. It's very comfortable. They are being very cautious and very careful with the pandemic. The people here are great. I do most of my own, I'm fairly independent. They have help if I need it. If I call, they'll come and do whatever I need to have done. They clean once a week, they do my laundry, and they serve all my meals. They're trying to keep…

Misrepresentation

Was told they were an assisted living facility when in fact they weren’t.We had to move mom after a couple of months to another facility which is [location removed] and is a real assisted living and memory care facility.I feel we should be reimbursed for the money Mom spent there as they didn’t tell the truth. They even tripled one of her medications.

My mom was really receptive to living there. We loved the focus on independence for those that maybe just need a little, consistent help. These types of places are really expensive, so the staff was helpful in providing contact information for professionals who handle to appropriate type of financial assistance
