Heritage Green Assisted Living

I was very impressed with Heritage Green. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff. Everyone from their marketing Director, nursing staff and Activities Director were happy to speak with me and expressed their enjoyment of working at Heritage Green. I think I spoke to most every worker there, not because I tried but they approached me and said hello. It was a very warm and kind environment.

Do not recommend

I visited Heritage Green at different times of the day to get a sense of the daily environment. During my visits, I primarily observed residents watching television and eating, and I did not see many activities taking place. I also observed some behaviors that stood out to me. One patient walked around continuously, and I witnessed another resident urinating in the corner. These were observations I felt were important to note from my visits. Excellent facility

Overall the staff especially the nurses were excellent with care and information. The whole building including the private rooms were always clean and neat. The size of the rooms was ok. The Food was good and pleantifull. Maintenance of building was always good. Lots of activities during the week.

Our family's experience

My first impression was that music in the lobby was loud. That has since been lower. Front desk lady [name removed] greets you with a big smile and makes you feel so welcome! Staff and meeting and getting to know the residents is what I like the best.

I was very impressed with the facility . It is clean and well kept . [Name Removed] was delightful ! I liked the fact that it is a small place on one floor . The staff that I met were very nice . Would love to meet [Name removed]! I am strongly considering this lovely facility

We were very impressed during our tour. We were able to have a tour on a Saturday, due to other family obligations. All our questions were answered and the staff genuinely seemed to care about any concerns we had. The follow up was amazing. Everything was handled very professionally.
