PositiveIf my mother is going to Madison, she would be in Heritage Assisted Living & Memory Care. This is literally the best assisted living facility I found, of all of them. It has very comfortable settings and all sorts of activities, like arts and crafts. They do all your laundry, but if you're in assisted living and it's something you really want to do, they will let you do your own. They come in and give you three meals a day and do housekeeping. They were also more homey. When you go into the assisted l…

PositiveMy mom needed more care but they were above and beyond kind and helpful for my mom and our family. The best of people there. They were intentional in caring for my mom.

PositiveMy mom moved into Heritage Assisted Living & Memory Care. They are wonderful, very helpful, coordinated everything with us, and went out of their way to make her feel welcome. They bought her a special candy bar that she likes, bought her flowers, and put her name on the door, and welcome signs. All the ladies are very caring, and I'm very happy with them. I was there yesterday and they made us orange cream milkshakes in the middle of the afternoon. They were awesome. One afternoon she was there having lun…

PositiveI saw no hesitation at Heritage Assisted Living & Memory Care as far as cleanliness of the facility, the layout of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and everything. They were very informative and helpful. The lady said they offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. So, they have different activities and things to keep the residents busy. They also have an outside area.

PositiveStaff seemed to love their jobs & the residents. They tried really hard with my husband, but he fell several times& was angry because he was away from me. He was not adjusting so I was asked to bring him home. He needed more mental challenges & more physical help. They were geared more to just simple dementia than his Parkinson's. (In memory unit) We need a place here specifically for Parkinson's patients! I did think they took good care of their residents & would be a good place for many families!

PositiveI was able to take a much-needed respite. Thank you for your dedication in caring for my husband.I would highly recommend Heritage Assisted Living and Memory Care.
