CriticalThis place is terrible. Overpriced apts no amenities No access to enter complex unless you pay [fee removed] for a remote,they close mailbox access and club house at 2pm.laundry machines never work nothing is included they even charge for meals

PositiveWe will move into Heritage Park. They have small apartments. One of the gentlemen I spoke to is a resident, and he said he has lived there for 17 years, so that's what sold me on moving there. It's not an in-and-out type of thing; people stay there for long periods of time. It is a nice place and the people are very nice. It is also affordable. The staff was also very nice.
