We are very pleased with mom's move into Heritage Woods of Centralia. The staff is very friendly and they have lots of staff members. It is a very clean, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We have dined there with mom and the food is fine. They offer healthy meal options and other choices if you want something different than what is being served.
