CriticalIf a 0 was an option it would be my choice. They do not do what they say or promise you and their staff steals the patients property. The management was dishonest and uncaring. It's bad when an EMT calls you at 3:00 am and says get your mighty the H out of here they are not caring for her. They left her sitting the first day bed bound in the dark and nothing to eat all day. They stole her large wheel chair that was ordered for her. Stole her blood pressure cuff that was mine, stole her blankets and were over all a …

PositiveThe thing that stood out to me the most was that it was small. It was kind of an intimate setting. The staff was pretty attentive, and they went above and beyond trying to get me accommodated to be there. They did do the leg work,, and they did put in the work. Unfortunately, my wife is not able to fend for herself. She cannot use the bathroom by herself at this point, and she is not walking. There are certain things that you have to be able to do. You have to stand, pivot, and be able to wash yourself and things l…

PositiveI visited. What was really wonderful is we got there just before they were getting ready to do lunch. They had some people in the area where they do the meals, and some of the staff were bringing some of the people who needed a little bit more help. Everybody was so happy and cheerful and they were calling out to people by name and just being very, very caring. The people seemed very happy. It also did not smell at all. Everything was nice, bright, and clean. Everyone that we ran into was so kind, courteous, and ha…

PositiveIt was very clean. The rooms were all private, and they were nicely sized for one person. They fit whatever we thought my brother needed. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable, and they answered all my questions. We didn't see any activities when we were there because it was lunchtime, so they were all having their lunch.

PositiveMy mother-in-law moved in. The staff was great when we came in. They were very caring and knew a lot about what was going on. The people seemed active and all out. You didn't see everybody staying in their rooms. The first time we got there, they were caring companion dogs, which was nice. They were all out visiting with them. It looked like a lot of activities for the people. Since my mother-in-law has been there, she's already been on an outing with them. The community was very clean, one of the first t…

PositiveWe toured. It was very neat and clean, and the people were very friendly. They showed us several living spaces that were very nice and sizeable. They have a small little type coffee area right in the front when you enter the front door. The gentleman who gave us the tour was very friendly.
