We chose to live here in Hidden Lake Care Center because of the location. Like the name itself, it's like a hidden location with a lake. People can't find you unless they know where you live. The independent living has all utilities paid, and there's free washer and dryer usage. I have a very large one bedroom. They keep everything cut neat. Rent is affordable but they don't screen and anyone can live here. Not a sr. complex many employees live in apts. Geese and duck poop everywhere plus parking lots damaged. Some bldgs have broken front door locks so the bldg is not secure as advertised. No diswashers in apts and no longer has cleaning services, lawn care is minimal. Some blgs have roach problems and maintenance staff is uncooperative. Homeless persons sleep in common areas in the winter. They don't answer phones or voicemail, sometimes email ( but m…

A Nice Place

They are professional. The staff is attentive. They are open to suggestions. They show care toward residents. It is clean and smells nice. The food is good. The room size is sufficient. The layout is nice.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My grandmother is in Hidden Lake and it is fine. The buildings are beautiful. The custodian services keep it very nice and clean. It is pet friendly, too, and that's what I like about it. I have had very little interactions with the staff, but the times that I did, they were all very courteous. They have activities and the staff is wonderful.

1BR/1Bath $899/month. 2BR $1,099. Large 2BR $1,250 all utilities included. All apartments $500 non-refundable deposit. All residents must have renter's insurance. I visited this facility

We visited Hidden Lake and it was not as modern as I had expected, but the people seemed to be very nice. It needed some repairs. This was the assisted living part that we looked at. There’s a pull cord you can pull to get help from the main retirement home if you need it, otherwise, you take care of yourself. You can pay $60 a month, and you can have lunch there. They have a small pond in front of the independent living quarters, and they have a walkway around it. The streets were good, and everything was pleasant…
