Concerned that the community had been through so many Executive Directors since my mother had been a resident. The new Executive Director is not warm at all for someone that’s new. Good luck if you want an update from the new head Nurse. Multiple emails and calls and then she has someone who isn’t a nurse reach back out in her behalf. Best decision I could have have made

I think this is the best decision I could've ever done. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If I have questions, they are always more than happy to answer them or find out what the answer would be. My mom's room is always very clean. They're always on top of keeping her laundry and bedding clean. I think the rest of the facilities is an excellent shape For a single occupant unit with a full bathroom, I don't think you could find a better facility. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care provided at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility for your loved ones. During my loved one's less than 48 hour stay, I encountered a significant lack of communication and a failure to provide proper notice regarding important matters. Beautiful community located behind St. Lukes at Grandview. Community isn't too big, which was main concern so my mom could acclimate and make friends easier. Kyle was super thorough and provided me with all the information I needed. I had a list of questions, but all were answered during our sit-down. My mom is no ready to make the move right now, but in 6 months or so Hidden Meadows will be the place 4

Peace of Mind

The food is better in quality than most care facilities The aides are amazing. They really care about Mom. They have taken extra steps to make her happy and content. I have NO worries about her being here. I sleep better.
