My brother has been a residence since [date removed] he is enjoying living at New Seasons. Activy director is awesome. The staff aids and nurses are very compassionate. Food choices are very appetizing and there is always daily choices.

I don't like that the lobby isn't always staffed and wish it was more of a security guard type figure. I think overall the facility seems very clean. My dad is not clean so it's hard for me to tell. He seems pretty happy and they do offer a lot of activities.

The staff is wonderful. All are kind and compassionate, very friendly. Food is very good and menu is varied. The rooms are large, my mom is in a studio and it is spacious, and the bathroom is very large. Nice sink and vanity, walk in shower with a seat and grab bars. Extra shelves for storage.

PositiveOverall very happy
Overall we have been very happy the staff is wonderful from administration to nurses and techs. My only negative comment is if the resident is in the hospital they have to be admitted for more than 15 days before you are giving any daily credit for medication management and extra aid services. Which I think is a long time to pay for services we are not receiving. My only pet peeve other than that the staff is very professional they work hard and care the the residents.

My father-in-law moved to the assisted living facility of NewSeasons at New Britain. His accommodations are great and very suitable for his needs. He met some very friendly staff as well as other residents, so he quickly got acquainted with many of the people around him. They have activities every day. It's a beautiful area, too. He has a great view out of his window over a pond. There's an outdoor seating area and a trail they can walk if they are able. The grounds themselves are accessible to the reside…
