The staff was excellent. As this was my first experience with this type of activity the initial paperwork and checkin process was overwhelming, the staff walked me through everything and made it easy. The care staff, kitchen staffs were all very accommodating.

My tour experience at the independent living community of Hillcrest of Loveland was very positive. I like the fact that it's near downtown Loveland and near my family. I like that it is near a senior center where I can use the pool. I like the size of the apartments and the amount of storage space. Everything was definitely great at Hillcrest. The staff was amazing and took fantastic care of our Dad. The room size was great and it was always clean. Everyone became an extended family member, to not only Dad but us. It really was amazing from the head of the staff to everyone who works there. It was the best decision we could have made. Loved every one.

What we like the most about the community is their very friendly staff. 24 hour staff in case of emergency due to the assisted living side. We would definitely recommend this community to others!
