Things have been crazy there for the past few months but a new manager is bringing things around again. The food has always been great! So no complaints there. They are redoing the interior and it looks nice and is being done in a timely manner. They are redoing the exterior and it has been ridiculous my father in law has had no access to his balcony until this week for almost a year. They have 1 elevator and it kept breaking so they decided to get a new one and so for about 2 months the residents either stayed in …

PositiveThe woman that showed us around was excellent, however they are in the middle of renovations so it was difficult to see what the final result will be on the property. The location is not where I want to be in St. Louis., but I think it will be well received when the remodel is finished.

PositiveI very much liked this facility. They had lots of things going on while I was there. A discussion with quite a few residents was in progress. Some were gathering for lunch and there were a few in the exercise room. They are in the process of upgrading and refurnishing some areas, but everything still looked clean, organized and in use. The people were friendly and answered my questions with great patience.

I mostly dealt with [name removed] and I would rate the experience with her as great, professional and caring. As far as the other items my brother tells me he enjoys it at Briarcrest. My brother enjoys the food. Servings are okay and allowed to have extra. Overall recommend - nice quiet neighborhood, staff is very helpful, clean and the residents seem happy.
