It is the best place she had ever lived. Great management, food is good, very clean. Her care is provided by Simply Home care & it is excellent!! No turnover. Very clean even the utility stair wells. Food, management is great. Not much turnover.

Orchid terrace was great I wish she had moved there sooner. The extra care services were very reliable. We had to move her out mostly because of her dementia and she was needing more care.

They change management alot and they have a different cook every other week. Residents don't care much for the food now. They lack activities. Before the new activities director came they said they were always busy with projects but not anymore. My son's mother-in- law is there now. Her daughter had depends delivered to the front desk. She did not get to the office before they closed to get them and I happened to be there visiting my cousin and had to take her to the store to get some. They only seem to care whethe…

The staff has been very friendly and the private care team has been excellent. The facility is clean, and it's bright and cheery. All the residents I have met are pleasant and seem happy. My friend is blind, so he prefers to stay in his room for meals. His care team brings a carry out food carton back to him, but whoever is putting the to-go food together gives him a small main entry but definitely not the same as if he were eating in the dining room with drinks and dessert.
