I moved into Brookdale Creve Coeur. I'm familiar with the area, and there are a lot of things within walking distance. I'm only moving about three miles from where I currently live. This is my first day. They've been very helpful. I haven't been here long enough to say the least, but the staff is great. I've been here to visit twice, and the staff is excellent. I had a wonderful tour of the Brookdale Community. Everyone was very friendly and I think this would be a perfect place for my Mom!!!

This facility was impressive like a first-class hotel. Great lobby, sizable rooms and desirable location. Drawback for me was it was overall too large for the type of experience which would be comfortable for my parents.

I'm very disappointed in the cleaning of this facility. The carpets are always dirty and have bits of trash on them. The carpets also have many nasty stains and what looks like white paint on them in lots of places and a lot of it. The staff is usually friendly but not always. The activities are so-so, sometimes good and often not that great. The food is often pretty good but sometimes awful with no good choices.

My mother lived in Brookdale Creve Coeur. We moved her because of the cost. With the money she has, we couldn't sustain at Brookdale for $11,000 a month. It just wasn't gonna work, but I'd give them a five on everything. There were no weaknesses in anything. It was just perfect.
