PositiveRegarding Holiday Rock Creek: The staff members uare wonderful. Our activities person, hospitality and maintenance, cleaning and food service staff are friendly and exceptional. As far as activities go, we are busy every evening having lots of fun and laughs. The food experience has been up and down. Right now it's very good. The cleanliness of the rooms is wonderful. Hallways could use some work, but it's a big place and they try to keep up with it. The size of my one bedroom is very nice. Some of the studios are …

PositiveWe were very impressed and continue to be. Very grateful that my Dad is currently at Holiday Rock Creek. We have had a great experience with staff and management. Our Dad seems to enjoy the meals and structure provided. He is currently in a studio with a small balcony and the space seems to fit his needs. I'm not sure that he has joined any of the activities provided but he has the option to join many activities per week. He uses the Trimet Lift services but also has the option to use the transportation provided fo…

PositiveI liked Holiday Rock Creek. It seemed like it had a lot of amenities. The inside of the building was nice; it seemed well staffed, and people were caring. People seemed happy. It seemed like they worked hard at entertainment and having people's needs taken care of. They seemed good. I thought the staff was very nice. They looked clean.
★★★★★
PositiveThe meals and dining, activities and value for cost would get a 4-5. My Dad is getting used to living there & now has a social life. The Staff have been amazing & he loves the food. We ate there 2x & it was fine. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend Holiday Rock Creek to others.

CriticalWhen I have visited my mom there, the odor down the hallway to her room is extremely offensive. It is clearly coming from one of the residents apartments. My mom says the food is very hit or miss. Sometimes they have not had enough for people who come down late. Her apartment cleaning schedule was very inconsistent for a while, but I think they have gotten on track with once a week. Another thing that would be very helpful is to have more shuttle options. She has had a very hard time getting rides to spots. There…

CriticalAsk about staffing. Low staffing has resulted in rooms not getting cleaned weekly. Food hasn't been up to my mom's expectations. They seem to have a lot of good activities.
