Very positive experience from my perspective. Sadly my mom was only there a few months and was in the hospital for much of that time. The facility is inviting. Open space. Bright with natural light. Two outside areas that are confined by the building, so no worries about outside individuals or wandering away. Several common areas indoors as well. Staff were friendly and responsive. The first thought my husband and I thought, was how intimate and home like the place was. Everyone was introduced to us, very friendly and approachable. The place is smaller than all the other facilities we viewed throughout the week. We felt accepted and were encouraged to asked questions and made to feel no concern was unimportant.

Home Inspired is a wonderful choice for a "home away from home" for a loved one. They are treated like family and are interacted with on a daily basis, which seems to be hard to come by in similar facilities. Home Inspired Senior Living was very nice. It was very clean. They had a lot of nice community areas for the residents to use. The rooms were fine. I looked at a studio room, it wasn't super huge, but it was big enough. It had a nice little kitchenette like a refrigerator and sink, so that was nice. The shower was accessible for people that are in wheelchairs or whatever. I talked to one person, and she was extremely helpful. When you tell them that your parent doesn't like a certain food they still give it to them. For the extra money you pay a month, they always don't always do what they say that they will do. The main reason we chose Home Inspired Senior Living initially was because it was a smaller facility and had bed, cable and phone all included.
