I am very pleased with the overall care my mom gets at Home Sweet Home ALF in Palm Coast. We moved mom from her own home into a different place, so finding another house made that transition easier...she just had roommates now! Mom never complains about the food, and she loves to eat. The setting is one of calm + caring, with staff consistently available to take care of mom's needs. A perfect ALF for your Loved One!

I am a Resident of M H Tender Care, and am very happy here!!! I really feel that my Dr. REALLY picked the PERFECT Assisted Living Home for me!!!! It is a small house, Everyone is very friendly, if you need help , the Staff is always glad to assist!! We get HOMEMADE MEALS, always super!!! I am positive your loved ones would love living here. So, if your looking for a Perfect ALF for you or a loved one, Please come for a tour, I am sure you will be very Pleased!

House was not as clean as I would have liked to see. The walls are filthy.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this location looked very nice! It's a small, clean, well kept community, and all of the residents looks well cared for. The woman who runs it was very friendly and very professional! Unfortunately at the time I toured they were full, but we ended up selecting another one of their locations and it has worked out very well!

This place looked like it can be a solution to my need, still want to check out the other 2. family coming from PA July 14-19 not sure but might check one with my son while he is here...
