I visited this facility

I did a tour of Hoover Haus. My tour experience and the community were fine, they were good. It seemed very family oriented, so we were happy with it. The staff was very pleasant, and the residents seemed to like him and had positive things to say about him. The rooms were just basic, I guess it's the standard room. I was mostly interested in their ability to take care of my mother. They had outdoor decks that you could go onto, and an outside backyard.

Caring and Respectful

There are not enough good things I can say about Hoover Haus. They are top-notch in their care. They treat all their residents with such respect and dignity. They were essential in making my mother's last few months as comfortable and enjoyable as possible considering her failing physical condition. The staff went above and beyond in helping her and providing anything she needed. Our family could not have made it that last few months if it was not for everyone at Hoover Haus. Thank you.

Prayer answered by Hoover Haus

My mother lived here for two years and couldn’t think of a better place. It was such a blessing and God send. She was previously In a high rated nursing facility and was miserable and afraid. I knew I had to find another place. I prayed and the Lord picked Hoover Haus! She literally loved the staff and the staff loved her. MOM LOVES IT!!

Wow it blows me away to see any negative reviews of this assisted living center. My mom has been there for 3 years and I have had nothing but amazing and loving service. Yes it is a small center but that’s what we love about it. The owner is always avaliable for me and the great thing is I know he cares about his residents like they are his own family. Not As Advertised!

Please do not put your loved one in this place. The owner over promises and under delivers. There is no nurse on staff. There are barely any staff on staff. The building is two floors, with often only 1 employee on staff, sometimes 2 employees, for the entire building (this includes the cook). Meal times are lacking, running out of bead is not uncommon, with Peanut butter and jelly and chips being a lunch time staple during the week often times. The Best in Grove City

Moved my mother-in-law to Hoover Haus from another assisted living center in Grove City. Quinten and the staff at Hoover Haus were AMAZING and loved my MIL as if she were family. The center is spacious and homelike and with only 18 or so residents it feels private and quaint. As for the previous comment I felt there was always something to do even if I was a puzzle or card game with the staff. I would recommend Hoover Haus if you're looking for something that feels like home. Not just a business.
