The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. What they can improve on would be to put more effort and structure into their operations. The food is inconsistent, a lot is fried or drenched in butter so not very appealing. They just fired the chef so hopefully the quality with someone new will improve. Anyone (non food prep) working at HWTE can walk into the kitchen (health code violation) and the wait staff often just sit around not paying attention to their tables.
