They're liars. To me, a promise made is a debt unpaid. What they promise they do not fulfill. They are poor communicators and do not do what they say they will. They do not return calls. I've found them to be very unappreciative of the fact that we were spending a ton of money there. Their interest in serving the everyday needs of their patients and families is really lacking. Easy process and very helpful staff.

I recently toured this facility for my father who ended up moving in. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the facility was as I had also toured several others that weren't so clean. The hallways were wide and bright and odor free. I was pleased to see the patients enjoying some music and since I toured before lunch I was even able to taste some of the food which was delicious. When we decided to move my father in the director was able to help me get the paperwork I needed and made it a very easy process. My fat…

I toured Inspiritas of Wildwood looking for a Memory Care for my sister. I was impressed by the friendly staff and how clean the community was. They have a calendar full of activities for the residents , even activities outside of the community. The place is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. This company seems to care about giving the residents a wonderful place to live.

Not recommended

When you walk into this facility, it's beautiful. The main areas are clean, which is why I rated it a 4. But the resident room cleanliness, I would rate a 1. My dad's room wasn't kept clean, at times they would leave food sitting in his room for days. A few of the staff were wonderful, but most were not great. The management is horrible. My Grandfather loves it!

My grandfather has been in assisted living for about 4 ears now and recently moved to this locatio. He loves it! The staff is kind and he loves to joke with them, he actually eats the food and enjoys it, and the care team has been amazing with our family. My grandfather was on hospice for 2 years and once he got here and the team made a few minor chages he actualy "graduted" from hospice and has been thriving! The best thing we ever did was move him to Inspiritas of Wildwood, thank you!

Absolutely love this beautiful community! The care staff is very friendly and attentive, the meals are amazing and super fresh and the activity calendar is super engaging. Highly recommend this memory care for your loved one!
