Jennifer Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care

Obvious fictitious review. They don't allow cats. In fact, they forced the custodian to get rid of the little kitty he had been feeding there. The clients loved that kitty. Needless to say,the custodian took his cat,and left the facility.

Dedicated care

My mom was a resident there for 2-3 years. Her care was outstanding. She was even permitted to have her cat! The owners are first class and demand excellence from all of their employees. I have recommended this facility to many people. I am now looking into it for my husband. #1 in my book!!!

We are deeply disappointed in our Mother’s care at this facilities memory care unit. I cannot speak for the assisted living area. My Mother back in her day cared for the elderly in our local hospital. I remember telling me how you had to be so gentle and kind with them and treat them with dignity. My family now struggles with guilt at placing her there. We found her restrained in her wheelchair (“for her own safety”) sitting in her briefs full of feces after she explained she couldn’t hold it and couldn’t find he…

Memory care....????

The residents can't speak for themselves. My Mother had 13 unexplained injuries in a year to include broken bones and several trips to ER... unwitnessed falls, staples in her head.. I will provide E.R. reports which don't lie..... This is not the right place for someone you love. Two employees there are awesome,and they know who they are. I'm so fortunate that we were able to take her home....after unwitnessed fall #8. I've asked them to check the cameras to explain the falls....never a response.. they just continu…

Our families experience

We have been really happy with Jennifer Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff members there are very caring and it feels like a home to us. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

This community is very small. I dont like that the food options are limited. they have nothing available at this time. the director was very nice.
