Exceptional staff and activities

My mother spent only 2 1/2 months there. Sadly she passed away several weeks ago. She had a stroke and was able to also receive hospice there. The staff was exceptional and helped me through a very tough time. The time she had spent prior was filled with activities, making new friends and adoring the staff. She was very happy with her care as was I.

I visited this place with a friend of mine who came to see his mother. Facility is well laid out with neat and clean environment. We were happy to see the quality services being offered. Recommended for all those who want quality of life for their elders.

Review for Journeys Crossing

They do a lot with the residents, regarding the activities. They have cards, puzzles and Bingo. We picked this community because, of the location, it was the least expensive, and affordable. It would be nice, if family members could make appointments with the nurse practitioner, for their loved ones.

Exceptional facility

My mother was at Journeys for quite some time. All the staff from housekeeping to kitchen workers treated her like family. The activity director was amazing with the elderly. She was loved and well cared for. Would not hesitate to recommend the facility to others. She enjoyed the food. It is a great place to be when you can no longer care for yourself.

The right place at the right time

Due to an accident I was unable to continue caring for my mom. My daughter reached out to Journeys Crossing and responded quickly and facilitated a quick move in. Since then, I have been very impressed with the care she has been given.

I visited this facility

I selected here. The rooms are sizable even for a double occupancy, so you don't feel like you're in each other's way. The patients seem very free for where they're at; it's pleasant. It's just nice. The workers seem very happy and everything just seems right, so I'm happy. It didn't take very much to make a decision. It just fit my criteria. It's very, very nice, very clean.
