PositiveI would rate Keystone a 4 out of 5. I feel that the nurses and aides truly make an effort to keep my mom comfortable and well cared for. Whenever I have a question or concern, the nurses are very helpful and responsive. The activities available for the memory care residents continue throughout the day, providing plenty of opportunities for engagement. The meals are good, and there is a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes the community feel welcoming.

PositiveKeystone Place at Magnolia Common was very bright. It is a new building. The apartments are roomy. They have a small patio and an area where you can sit outside. Their menu seemed to be a healthy one. They had a lot of activities and entertainment for the residents. The staff and the residents were extremely friendly. PositiveStaff-superior people! Especially [name removed] , [name removed]and [name removed]. The cleaning staff (I have mostly had [name removed]) are friendly and efficient. Kitchen staff exceeds expectations because of the heavy workload and not enough servers. The menus leave a lot to be desired. But understandable since it is difficult to please everyone. I eat out a lot or cook in my apartment. One of the reasons I picked Keystone was the size of the kitchen in my apartment.

PositiveWe are very happy with our time at Keystone! The staff is very warm and friendly and really do care about my mom. My mom can be feisty sometimes, and they love that she is.
