My grandfather lives at Kindred Hearts in Manitowoc, WI. It's a fairly small assisted living facility where many of the residents, including my grandpa, have Alzheimer's. It is a nice, friendly place. They always have the meals of the day and special events posted so the residents know what to expect, and are reminded when they forget. There is a little courtyard in the middle of the two residential wings that is nice for the residents to get outside and is a good place to chat with visiting loved ones. T…
