They need more aids and not just us as others have expressed concern . Cleanliness and very quiet is nice. Food is very good and the servers are very attentive and welcoming. Nurses and nurses aids are very nice and willing to go the extra mile to help.

Room was nice size with lots of storage Too much turnover with staff. Was told they have very little turnover when I toured. That turned out to be not true. No RN's work there like I was told when touring the facility. Several LPN's seem to lack enough experience. The tour seemed like just things you want to hear, not the truth. My mother was only there a couple months and passed away there. She has multiple falls, including several in the common area that sent her to the ER twice. My mother had a fever of 10…

They are short staffed and the client medical care leaves much to be desired. The food is good. The cleanliness is average, and the attitude of clinical and supervisory staff is unsympathetic. They don't follow through with important aspects of senior care. I would not recommend Kingsbury.

Haven't had a lot of interaction with faculty/staff so much since I live outside in one of the villas. Everyone has been nice. I know the price is less than other 55+ communities in area. My villa is spacious compared to an assisted living apt. Could use more storage - especially a linen closet . I did see an independent living apt in main building and it was really nice and also seemed to be spacious.
