The staff is fantastic! They know every resident by name and greet them as such. Their special events are amazing! So much thought, care and details go into them- themed decor and everything! They also provide events that include family members, so you can get in on the fun. My mom likes to have a lot of activity choices- many that keep her active and entertained. My parents enjoy the food as well!

My mother-in-law moved into Lake Barrington Woods. We chose it because it was one of the only places that had a room that we liked. A lot of the places only had studio availability, but this one had a one-bedroom. The activities were really nice, the price was right, and the whole facility was nice. My parents have been at LBW for about two months and it’s going really well! Not only is it peace of mind for me with their safety, but they don’t have a house to take care of anymore. It was such a burden- for all of us. The employees at LBW have been very nice, supportive and helpful as we navigate through this new experience.
