We looked at Lake Port Square, which is the one we liked. Their apartments are like five-stories high, and in the center are all their amenities like the swimming pool, the hall, and the theater. It's within very close range to yourself. They keep talking about how if one of your spouses dies, the people are very, very supportive of each other. It's an encouraging thing. I have several friends from church who are there, and they keep talking about how they love it. However, looking at how much we have to …

marketing does a great job of bringing you in showing you all the highlights. Once they have you, they focus on bringing in more people. They don’t care what happens to you once you move in you will be sorry. if it were possible, I would give everything a -5

The rooms are fine, if they are updated. The food was ok , they ran out of some items. Dealing with the staff was like talking to car salesman. The price was too much money.

I will move into Lake Port Square. I like that all the units have a little patio that's glassed in and are like separate rooms. This unit is gorgeous. It has a quartz countertop, lots of cabinet space, and a lot of storage space in all its units. I ate lunch there, and the food was very good. I like Cindy, the salesperson. She's a very nice person and accommodating, and the fact that they send a person out here with the floor plan of your unit to decide what to take will help tremendously in the move. You…

Rooms are spacious, some are old, some are newly modernized. There is little natural light so rooms are dark. The windows are coated with black film The pool is indoors and dimly lite. Food is unhealthy with almost everything covered with barbecue sauce, glazes or cream sauce. Vegetables are cooked southern style, which means that they are cooked until they almost fall off apart. Housekeeping that they provide is minimal. They rush through apartments and are all done in 20 minutes so they are not properly cleaned. …

Living area is very old and doesn’t appear to have Been updated. They are updating other buildings that are used for recreation. All of the prior buildings have been torn down ready to be rebuilt. Living areas still need to be cleaned up. The lobby in one of the buildings is very dark and dingy and not very clean looking that is where my relative lives.
