The facility is beautiful, the amenities are great. Communication is difficult. The woman who was our main contact also left and it's been hard to get some straight answers at times. That would be my one complaint. But over all, it's been good. They are great with my father in law. Very patient with him and with us as we adjust to the new environment.

CriticalCommunication difficulties
The care on the assisted living side was inadequate. The communication with staff was difficult as different team members would give contradictory information. The care coordinator lied about a conversation we had so the business manager would be able to charge us for early lease termination. We were able to fight it but it was a lot of stress at a time I didn't need any more stress.
