PositiveWe have had a great experience so far! The staff is absolutely amazing. The personal care they provide is evident and put our mother at ease. My mother loves that the cook cooks food she likes. She also loves the activities that they have.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. My aunt really enjoys the food. Other residents were very welcoming. Any time the resident wants breakfast in the morning, they cook it to order, from plenty of options. My aunt especially appreciates this.

CriticalMy brother chose Legacy Gardens of Bristol for my mom because his mother-in-law was there, so he wanted to keep them together. They seem to have very caring staff for the most part. They have activities. They have one activity a day, usually. It's more of an assisted living place than it is full care, and my mom needs full care, so they're doing what they can to help her. PositiveMy loved one was previously a resident at Legacy Gardens of Bristol and overall the experience was very good. The staff, care services and friendliness were great. The cleanliness was good and the activities were okay. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

PositiveMy mom was at Legacy Gardens of Bristol. I really liked that community. The problem was they didn't have a separate memory care unit, so she was mixed with other people. They said that they handled dementia patients, but they said, "We couldn't keep her here because she wanders," which to me is the definition of dementia. So we had to move her out of there quickly. I liked the building. It was a nice little building. I liked that it was a smaller community. They had a community room right by whe…

CriticalA family member moved into Legacy Gardens recently. The place is small & seems clean but could use a makeover; old wallpaper, carpets & a damaged floor tile that could pose a tripping hazard. The front yard landscaping is in major need of a manicure; has very poor curb appeal. The staff seemed nice but we only saw two staff members there after 4pm. The place didn't smell bad, but is on drab side. Not sure about the food bc visiting is not permitted during meals.
