I toured the facilty and was very impressed - however once I signed up & moved in - it was NOTHING like I was shown. the people - (med tecs) were nasty and rude and complained everytime I ask for any assistance. The nurse that did my evalation was nice on day 1 and was very Rude everyday after. The administration was polite however they did not verbally disclose that the "money paid upfront" would not be returned upon my 5 day stay - that it was a community fee and would allow me to be a resident there anytime in t…

The thing we like the most about the community is their staff, they are very friendly. The common areas and mom's room is always clean. Mom says the food is good. There is plenty of activities available. Yes, we would recommend Madison at Oviedo community to others.

The facility is always clean and decorated beautifully. Every staff member is very friendly and nice and helpful. They interact very well with the residence. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our mom to stay. When we first put her in there, [name removed], the sales Director was so nice. Sending us pictures every day of her interacting and doing activities with the other resident. She really took the time to help our mom transition into her new place.

Everyone that helped my MIL was kind and attentive. They were accommodating to her needs as best as they could. We were able to move her in quickly with no issues. We didn't like the pharmacy that was used in house because they charged for new medication that we already provided plenty of dosages for.
