Our Family's Experience

This place needs help. Most of the time, there aren't any management staff on site. Some of the staff are very friendly and then others are down right nasty. My loved one was in a wing that never got checked. I paid good money to have them administer her meds, but they didn't watch her take them. We found her meds under the cushions, under the sofa, and in the trash can. They yelled at her when I reported it. She called me saying they were mean to her after I called. Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was very nice along with the facilities but due to our loved ones health they were just not able to accommodate him being there.

Nice location for my family

The staff is very patient and friendly to the residents. They're very good at communication with me as well. The food is good, and they're good about serving a fair amount of fruits and vegetables. A couple of little things - the carpets look dirty. I'm not sure if they clean them but just can't get them to look clean? Also, there doesn't' seem to be a contact person on duty at all times, which is something I've noticed other places have.

My brother is a resident at Madison Pointe & he likes it there. The staff treat him extremely well & he feels very comfortable with their treatment & therapy. I find the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Terrible Experience

Madison Pointe is a very unprofessional and bad place. The care was terrible. They gave the wrong dosage of insulin to my loved one. They refused him prescribed medications. They didn't attend to him at all. He was only there a week before I got him out of there. When you interview them initially, they answer all of the questions correctly. But when we got into the facility, what we experienced was the exact opposite. They also surprised me with significant charges that I was never informed about beforehand. Overal…

I would recommend them to a family member. Their staff is able to do more. Their level of care is better than the place my loved one was at before this.
