PositiveWe found the tour to be very informative and the facility to meet the needs of our loved one. We prefer this facility for its features and because it is the best within reasonable distance for our loved one's only local and in-state relative (her son) to be able to travel to visit her at least once per week. We visited Maplewood at Brewster for my cousin, and I'm a little concerned about the cost, but we did like it very much. I thought it was very bright. We didn't visit any specific rooms, per se, but certainly the common areas were very bright and cheerful. The dining room looked very nice, too. We’ve been renting for about 5 years, it’s been really disappointing to watch Maplewood go downhill recently. The food seems low quality and not fresh, and it feels like there’s no real care put into it.
