Royal At Harwich

This community offers respite stays, however it has to be for at least thirty days. We were looking for a shorter length of time. The community looked clean and the people we met were nice.

Attentive Staff!!

I can not say enough about this place and everything they have done for my mother while she has been in their care. The staff are very caring people with great hearts and remain professional in their work. The meals they serve are beyond excellent with lots of variety and great taste. The activities they have are just right for her and create a wonderful social environment.

Wonderful facility!!

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been with the Royal at Harwich Village. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and so caring. When we went for our first visit , we were very impressed with the facilities and all the activities they have available for the residents. We met with [Removed], RN, Executive Director, and she was so compassionate and understanding regarding what a difficult thing it can be to place a parent in assisted living. My tour of this community wasn't very impressive. From what I saw the community isn't very well maintained. The community needs some updating. The meal I saw did not look very good. I felt this community was "lacking". It just wasn't the community for my father.

She really likes Royal at Harwhich Village. The staff there are so friendly. The facility is small and I like that. I have nothing that they could improve on. Overall it has been a good experience.
