PositiveThis facility is impeccable. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, extremely clean, and truly feels like a large home. There are lots of individual spaces for different activities, small gatherings, or individual time alone, outside of the resident's rooms. The potting room is lovely and bright, the dining room spacious and open and the grounds are massive and forested. The studio rooms in assisted living are small but cozy. There is a large salon, one of many amenities included in the monthly cost. The stated …

PositiveI toured the memory care facility at Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls. I like that they put the patient first. Although they couldn't accommodate my sister because of finances, they played a large role in recommending the facility that we have chosen, which I appreciate so much. They are a 5-star and a top-of-the-line facility. They weren't put off by the fact that we couldn't afford for my sister to be there. PositiveMy father-in-law was at Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls, and it was a self-pay. It was not a Medicaid facility. We had to move. He ran out of money. He was there for minimal care. He can take care of himself, but he was in the memory care unit. The people who work there are great. We really liked the facility a lot. His room was wonderful and it was big. He had his own room and bathroom. The upkeep was really good. The dining area was nice. They did activities. They took him out on a bus, and he would always go. He lik…

On the weekends, I requested that they clean my father's bed. It's not a big deal, but they never brought him a blanket, so he was sleeping under a sheet and had been sick. Sometimes they don't do what they say they're going to do. Like he was supposed to get, they say, some special care, like reading, and they were going to give him audio phones, things…

PositiveWhat we like the most about Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls is the food. The food was excellent, and the staff were great. The accommodations were comfortable. I would certainly recommend that it be carefully considered
