mom still loves the place. Most people complain about the food, but that's because taste buds age and don't provide the same sensations as you get ones do, which is why most older people complain. Mom doesn't - she's thankful for all the people here that make it a safe place and an enjoyable place. We would recommend Marion Woods to other families.

My brother moved to the independent living community of Sky Active Marion Woods in Ocala, and he is very happy there. He's liking everything about it. It's a nice, very clean place, the food's good, and the people are friendly. They have a gym and a salon. They also have a pool. I'm very happy with the place.

They offer so many different options for residents needs for living, cottages, studios, 2 bedroom cottages and even have margarita Wednesdays by the pool. So much more. I asked them to remove the shower doors for my mom because it made her feel claustrophobic and they were there the next day to remove them.
