I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

When Mom was at Mariposa at Hunter Road, she was very happy with the service they had there. The management was great. They had the hallways enclosed. They keep the grounds very clean and pretty. They're also very responsive to the seniors. I know Mom was always talking about different events that were going on there that she was happy with. They have a lot of activities planned, especially with the university right there. A lot of university students come and do performances.

Since management changed a year ago, maintenance has declined. They also increased the rent over $120/mo and increased parking by $35/mo. Their site still shows old management names. Not getting what I’m paying for!

Mariposa Apartment is where my mother wants to live. She chose this facility herself. They have plenty of activities like swimming, bingo, card games, movies, etc. It is an independent living facility. I would recommend this place. My mother is happy there.

This is a great place to live! It is very clean because we have a great staff that go way beyond and staff I have seen as far as making us feel at home. We have so many great events such as piano recitals, choirs, movies and work out plus water arobics. You can be as active as you like or not if you choose. There is usally 3 to 5 events that go on every day which makes it nice so we can choose what we want to do. We have groups that play bridge, scrabble in our game room. Our coffee shop has fresh coffee and hot ch…

It's a new complex and very nice, but everything was close there and I felt like living in a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
