Room size was good. We had a 1 bedroom with balcony, large living space, kitchen, large bathroom and closet. They had a variety of planned a activities and many residents got together for games. Food was good but very repetitive. Staff was great and formed a good relationship with my mom. Administrators were sometimes hard to reach but were good to work with. Staff that cleaned the apartments were not great and only did surface clean. Overall, we felt very good about the facility and the care. We would go there aga…

Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace was clean. You feel at home. Everybody was friendly, helpful, and made you feel welcome. They have a variety of food on the menu, and it looks good. They have a good chef. It's spotless. I couldn't see anything wrong with it. The one-bedroom is spacious, even the two-bedroom. It's just that the studio is very small. I would recommend it to anyone based on our experience. The price was amazing. Everything was good.

My husband is going to move to hopefully assisted living at Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace. It seems to be a very nice place. It has good reviews. There are people there that not only do assisted living, but they also do memory care, they also do full nursing care, and there are people that actually do independent living, either singly or maybe with a spouse, and they just choose to live there. The staff is all very polite and helpful. The food is decent. Only complaint I have is the internal. It doesn't work more then half the time. Get about hour a day. Which really makes me upset
