PositiveIt has been a great experience. The staff and Administration are fantastic and always ready to help. It is such a homey environment nestled in the hill amongst the country view! I have been to bigger facilities and was treated more like just a room number than a person. People here all know my name and I am treated like family.

Good staff members have left out of frustration with complaints not being addressed, low wages, lazy coworkers. The only thing that wasn't so good was the activities, there was lots of TV watching. Otherwise, things were great! The cleanliness, friendliness and staff were great. CriticalWe moved Mom to a skilled nursing facility in Spring Green. Milestone lacked the staff to provide for the care plan they developed when Mom first arrived in March. Delayed response time resulted in Mom trying to do more than she was supposed to and falling several times. Their unwillingness to provide assistance unless asked and Mom's attitude that she can do it on her own resulted in a decline in her health from the falls and growing inability to care for herself.
