I found the memory care unit ( even tho he did not need that, he was short term) to be awful. The trash in the rooms was left for a whole week to be emptied when the rooms are cleaned,. The bathrooms are not cleaned, not even the one kind of across from the eating room. I didn’t see any staff on the week end to assist if help was needed. The two that I did see, delivered the food to the residents but otherwise sat in the TV room and were on their I Pads or the devices they carry around. While I was visiting I so li…
