The community was clean and beautiful. Their sales counselor was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The spaces allowed for easy and safe wheelchair/walker mobility. Veterans are honored. MC has a nice schedule of activities throughout week. I was informed that MC residents participate in larger whole community events, use some of the independent living spaces for their activities, have scheduled regular outings; love that they are not confined to their own area of community. I visited this facility

Monark Grove Madison was a good facility. Overall, I was very impressed. I liked the appearance of the building. I liked the attention that the personnel gave to the patients. They answered all of my questions, especially about meals because my mother is diabetic, and the medications. It was all very positive. There wasn't a urine smell when you went in or anything like that, and it was very clean. Some rooms were bigger than others. The dining area was acceptable. It was similar to what I have at home. The building and grounds are beautiful, the apartments are very nice. I spoke with [name removed] who was very friendly and helpful to answer all my questions. If the location was closer to my home or to my lived one's doctors it would be at or near the top of my list.

Best memory care

This is the best run Memory Care facility I have ever seen. I have stopped in at various times throughout the day, I have always found it to be clean, it has a home like atmosphere where you enter a large room that resembles a living room. The TV is usually on with various residents sitting around watching it, chairs are comfortable, tables are there so residents can play cards, games, or work on puzzles. Mom's safe haven

Its a smaller place which makes it not overwhelming for my mother to navigate. They have many activities and they are well organized as far as outings. Their staff is very attentive and I never ever have had to ask twice. She has made some nice friends and the location for me is great. They decorate for every occasion, and the place is very very clean. It's been my mom's Safe Haven. She feels safe there and that's very important.

Beautifully done and the place was beyond clean!

Beautiful site and the place smelled amazing!!! Housekeeping staff was beyond helpful a red-haired lady directed and showed us where to go and described living here as one in million! She almost made me want to move in myself!
