PositiveThe people were Very firendly. The beautiful grounds really make this a special setting. It is great the apartments open to the gardens and are all on the ground floor as the buildings are all single level. Unfortunately my Mom needs to be closer to family so we did not select This was my mom's first choice due to the pool and many activities along with the reputation for great food Rooms had large closets and are very nice Great information is provided when we inquired

My overall experience has been positive, however there is an ongoing issue with a drainage area near my father's apartment that has been left open for several weeks. He called about and still nothing so I need to follow up. He says the food could use improvement but my sister and I try to take him out for variety. Staffing seems good. They keep his place pretty clean and it's a nice big space. He has a separate bedroom and has 2 bathrooms although I think this is unusual. He seems to be enjoying it, so that's the m…

I was able to visit Monte Vista Village Senior Living, and they were looking good, but they were in the middle of transferring the job position of the person who sets up new places for people. No one followed up with me there, but I also haven't followed up with them. It's like I'd be calling someone who has no idea what's going on because they just got the job there. They have no parking. In the independent living area, it seems like the most affordable units are a far walk from wherever tenant…

Local management and staff are very good. Corporate is difficult to address certain issues. Unfortunate bc all the tenants me included enjoy the environment. I have a very nice studio that I have decorated. Food is good. Transportation for appts shopping etc excellent. Fun activities if one wants to be involved. Nice social atmosphere.
