I would definitely recommend New Day!

The staff , activities are FANTASTIC!!! EMILY & LUNA, STACY deserve stars ?? on the caregiver walk of Fame??. It's always clean, staff is so nice, I feel so welcomed!!! I looked at 13 other places. Thank goodness for a very snobby nurse at a different facility, New Day came to my rescue!! I am so grateful to New Day!!! I have to drive 30 minutes, but it's worth it!! My mom suffered a massive stroke, and is now walking with a walker, and talking!!! She is playing Bingo, smiling, and socializing!! All thanks to the …

All of the staff was very friendly and respectful. My mom enjoyed the food. She also enjoyed the activities and the prizes. I did notice an odor of ammonia, urine. Security was top notch, and that was a concern. Thank you to the entire staff for comforting my mom at the end of 95 years. The contact from the owner after admission was great customer service. I would recommend this facility to others.
