beware of this facility

My Dad was in Noble Living III. When he passed away we requested a refund for the 10 days he was in the morgue. This home only refunded 5 days and they were so unorganized about getting his personal affects back to us. We had to make 2 trips to the home. There is a provision in their contact that allows them to charge you every day until you get all of your loved ones belongings out of the facility. This is a scam as we can not get access to the facility and had to rely on the unorganized staff and management.

This community was my first choice. The community is very nice, well laid-out, and staff and manager are on top of everything. During my visit I saw activities going on with the ladies of the community. The residents are happy hear too, after speaking with them. The were a couple draw backs, like the local traffic is not easy to get through being that the San Diego University is close by. The other is, no private room for residents. Nice place, overall

Things have been going very well here! Things were a little rocky to start, but the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating when helping my loved one get settled in. The staff are very personable and social with the residents, and they're great about encouraging people to participate in the community activities. They've also got a very nice meal service, with good food!
