PositiveOur Mother was impeccably cared for with compassion and love. Birthdays and holidays were always special and the food is great. The staff were extremely attentive and go above and beyond their duties to meet the needs of the residents. North Ranch Assisted Living Home is a 5 Star hotel experience.

PositiveThey can approve on activities. They only have music one day and occasional arts and crafts. One caregiver has an attitude but her care for the residents is a 10! The owner is the best with communication and responsive.

PositiveThe owner is a kind, compassionate RN, she comes and goes and checks on patients regularly. Three caregivers live on site but none stay awake at night. My family member has been there for 14 months and after being in 3-4 other homes over the last few years, I can say that this home takes excellent care of him and he has a nice bond with his usually assigned caretaker. I would recommend this home completely.

PositiveThe lady is an RN who owns and runs the home and she genuinely cares for the patients, her husband and children often come and help make it feel like a family setting more. The caregivers are nice, my uncle especially likes [name removed] and feels she's very responsive to his needs. They try to accommodate meal wise and he is on a special puréed diet, he has no complaints. I've had him in several homes and if he's not happy he calls me every day to say so.
