The staff is remarkable! His apartment is reasonably clean. It is difficult to clean, though, around the resident's clutter. The weekly cleaning does occasionally get skipped. The common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. Meals are tasty and balanced. There is a good variety of activities, but my husband refuses to participate. I am not able to comment on the quality.

We feel like they are really taking care of mom. She is a handful. We had to move her to memory care after about 6 weeks in assisted living. The only complaint is communication. Some times we can't get info when we call. They say to call any time but we have to leave messages and they don't return them. In person it is great.

The staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful and always cheerful. My husband definitely has his grumpy moods and responses, but the staff has reacted with kindness and humor. They have been a tremendous help in getting him acclimated to his new environment. The facility common areas are clean and well kept. It is cheerfully decorated for every holiday. His room is clean and neatly organized. He's has some health scares, and the staff is right on top of it to take care of any issues he is having. He is also being …
