Review for NorthStar Georgetown

If I have a problem and I go and start talking to the staff, most of the time they keep cutting in and won't let me talk. I have to raise my voice, to get their attention, and I explain, that when you cut me off and won't let me talk, or say something, then I get highly irritated. I even thought about breaking my lease and moving away.

I visited this facility

The staff at NorthStar Georgetown was great, and the layout was good. I also liked the apartment I was looking at. However, there were residents that I met who kind of made me feel like I was not really wanted there. I went to a couple of their events, and these people just kind of shrugged me off and turned their backs, so I decided to get away from there. Other than that, as far as the staff, location, community, and all, it was fine. It's just that some of the residents are kind of snobbish. The person who …

North Star offers many activities for their residents and the property is well managed. [name removed] is renewing her lease for 15 months. She really doesn't participate in the activities, but rather a loner. It is a convenient location for me.
