PositiveThe staff was very friendly. Treated my mom like family. Place was very clean and never smelled like a nursing home. Staff always got back to me or texted immediately after any questions. Security was great mom was in memory care. Cameras everywhere and lots of things for residents to do. I would highly recommend

PositiveThe staff is extremely helpful, kind, compassionate, and patient. Arlene has been nothing but helpful, and patient as she guided me through the process to get proper care for my friend Tom. The entire staff at Oakey has helped Tom transition from a bad experience at Trellis Centennial, and made him feel safe and welcome. I am finally able to know my friend is being cared for in the way he deserves.

PositiveMy Mother currently lives at Oaky Assisted Living. The owner Phil and the staff there are incredibly caring and work hard to make sure the facility is the best. The rooms are very nice and the food is great! They plan fun activities that residents enjoy and look forward to. I highly recommend the facility.

CriticalThe overnight staff, my mom's nurses specifically were beyond incredible. The front office administrators, after she first moved in were awful. As far as the food, it just seemed like the quality was low and options extremely limited for those who keep kosher. And it was not the freshest.

PositiveIt has been a great overall experience. The community is very clean and we loved the staff. They provide great quality care. The meals okay, need a bit more variety (ie seafood). Our loved ones didn't really participate -- loved the Thursday entertainment. As with any location the value was okay, still high for retired or have health issues. Based on this experience, we would recommend this community to other families.
